Welcome to Time 'N Track! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our time-tracking service. By signing up and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Data Collection

To use Time 'N Track, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. We only collect and store your email for account management and communication purposes. Providing your name is optional.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

New users are eligible for a free trial. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the features of Time 'N Track.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• If you decide not to subscribe after your free trial, your account will remain inactive, but we'll retain your data for a reasonable period in case you choose to subscribe later.
• If you cancel an active subscription, you'll retain full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your data will continue to be securely stored for a limited time, giving you the flexibility to return without losing your progress. We only delete data when it's no longer necessary or required by law.

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and payment policies.
• Failure to process a payment may result in account suspension or termination.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use Time 'N Track only for lawful purposes.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to account misuse.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to Time 'N Track, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or secure.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Time 'N Track after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
